Planning precedent report

To erect agricultural slatted shed with dry pen and underground storage tank, concrete yard, connection to existing services and all ancillary works

To alter site plan and change house type of previously approved planning application 18/439 (from part dormer/part storey and a half style dwelling to part two storey/part single storey dwelling)

To retain as constructed to underside of first floor level works carried out under planning reference 02/1433. PLANNING PERMISSION is also sought to complete the works to create a part dormer, part storey and a half style dwelling, in addition to all ancillary works, to include boundary walls and piers, bored well, and waste water treatment facilities

Of (1) existing domestic shed & (2) conversion of attic space to habitable room/bedroom with associated window to gable and all associated works

To demolish existing shed and to deommission old septic tank and soak pit and full planning permission is sought to construct (1) two storey extensions to front and side elevation of existing two storey house, (2) to install a proprietary wastewater system unit and percolation area and (3) to complete all ancillary site works

For single storey domestic extension, internal alterations, connection to existing onsite services and associated works to existing dwelling house
