For an amendment to planning permission reference P21-664 at Ballymaley, Ennis, Co Clare, to provide a total of 20 detached, two-storey houses with dormer style second floor level. The proposed amendment will include changes to the design and location of the 15 houses granted under planning permission reference P21/664, and the provision of an additional 5 houses, revisions to drainage, attenuation tanks, roads, path, boundary walls, landscape and associated site works. A revised Natura Impact Statement will be submitted with the application

The proposed development will consist of 24 No. 4 bedroom detached houses, comprising 19 No. 2 storey houses with second floor dormer rooms (Type A) 2 No. 2 storey houses (Type B), 3 No. 2 storey houses, Type B1, new site entrances, roads, paths, driveways, boundary walls, pedestrian walkway, landscaping, drainage with attenuation tank and associated site works. A Natura Impact Statement will be submitted with the application

The development which will consist of a new entrance to existing residence to replace the existing entrance gate, a proposed two metre high stone wall to the property boundary with piers and iron gates, and a new access driveway to connect with the existing avenue, and associated site works

To construct a dwellinghouse with covered deck, covered storage space, connect to public sewer and water, develop entrance to public road and carry out ancillary site works
