Alterations to existing dwelling elevations (as previously granted under planning ref P11/734). 8) Permission for change of use of part of the dwelling to allow short-term letting for tourism. 9. Upgraded treatment plant and associated new percolation area

To construct a dwelling with an on-site wastewater treatment system and ancillary site works

To 1) RETAIN the Dwelling on site, which has altered fenestration & is a mirror image of that previously granted under Reference P90/935, 2. RETAIN & COMPLETE the works to widen & realign the Entrance to the property & 3. PERMISSION to extend the Dwelling and all associated site an ancillary works

Of (i) a glasshouse, (ii) a pump-house, (iii) a car-port, (iv) an extension to an existing garage and the change of use to a one-bedroom apartment. Permission to alter fenestration and internal details of an existing boat-house for a change of use to a seasonal commercial art studio and permission to use existing residence for seasonal accommodation for resident art students

The development will consist of the construction of a domestic garage together with ancillary site works
