For the replacement of 1nr. ATM to existing front façade (east elevation) along with minor internal alterations and all associated site works. SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

To consist of the proposed alterations to front façade (east elevation), comprising of: 1. Installation of 1 no. new ATM, along with alterations to existing window ope. 2. Removal of section of existing boundary railing and stonework plinth. 3. Minor internal alterations, together with all associated site works.

For change of use from existing commercial unit to coffee shop including signage, connection to all existing services and all ancillary works

For the conversion of existing storage sheds to 2 No. Apartments (1 x 1 Bed & 1 x 2 Bed) together with all associated site works and connection to existing services on site

For A) Alterations to shopfront to include new windows, B) Installation of ATM in bank shopfront, C) New fascia panel with Halo illuminated signage and D) New double sided internally illuminated projecting sign

To carry out works on a protected structure for the removal of an ATM, to be infilled with glazing to match the existing. The removal of the night saft front plate, replacing with a blank steel plate, as well as the removal of the Ulster Bank raised lettering shop sign, general bus stop signs and the removal of the Ulster Bank general blue signage. To carry out internal works for the removal of the ATM's in stud walls, as well as the removal of loose furniture and the removal of Ulster Bank signage and merchandise on all floors
