For works to an existing Above Ground Natural Gas Installation at Barntick, Clarecastle, Co. Clare. The development will consist of the replacement of approximately 101m of existing 2.4m high chainlink perimeter fencing, including associated access / emergency gates with new 2.4m green palisade security fencing / gates and an additional 1.5m of 2.4m high green palisade security / gates and all associated site works

For the installation of 16 no. storage containers to be used as self storage units at our existing storage yard including ancillary site works

To Extend the Appropriate Period of Planning Permission P15/288 for the construction of an agricultural livestock unit, underground slurry storage tanks and all associated site works

To revise the design of the development previously authorised under planning permission ref no. P23/60081 along with all associated site works

To demolish an existing garage, to construct a single- storey granny flat to rear of existing dwelling, to construct a new side extension to each side of dwelling with minor internal alterations, to demolish the existing private garage and to construct a new private garage elsewhere on site, and to upgrade the existing wastewater treatment system

To RETAIN a) the existing dwelling house as constructed, b) the existing tyre centre as constructed, c) the temporary use of the static mobile home and Planning PERMISSION to i) complete the construction of the dwelling house, ii) use the mobile home until construction of dwelling house has been completed, iii) completion of waste water treatment system installation including all ancillary site services and works
