Planning precedent report

For amendments to previously granted planning application reference no. P25-60579, at Calluragh South, Lahinch, Co. Clare. The proposed amendments will consist of 1. Relocation of house on site plan amending setback from road boundary: 2. Minor amendments to window sizes / locations

For development which will consist of the construction of a new single dwelling, new entrance, driveway, new hedge at boundary, new septic tank, wastewater treatment system and percolation area, soakaways, connection to public mains water and all associated site works

To RETAIN as constructed entrance gate and piers, rear of dwelling shed and minor changes to front and rear elevations from that permitted under application Ref No: P00-1576

To install a new wastewater treatment system and associated site works in a revised location to that granted permission under planning permission P06-1401

To build a new dwelling, install a wastewater treatment system, create a new entrance onto the public road and all associated site and ancillary works

To refurbish the existing house and to construct a single storey extension and associated site works
