P16/1016 to two no. townhouses, to include minor alterations to the front elevation of the building, revised internal layout and revised rear extension footprint & design; and (b) PERMISSION to construct a further two no. new townhouses to the rear of the subject site fronting Smiths Lane along with all associated ancillary site works and services
