To retain changes made to two detached two storey houses with attic converted over. Original Planning permission granted under planning reference 05/909. Main retention changes to include 1. Omission of proposed basement 2. Minor change to floor plans layout & elevations 3. Adjustment of boundary lines 4. Position of house & site layout adjusted from original granted position and all ancillary site works
