Retention permission is being sought for the following (previously granted ref no 07/819) (1) as constructed increase in floor areas/footprint of the dwelling. (2) the existing attic rooms and gable end windows. (3) the alterations to all elevations consisting of the stone façade and the single garage door. (4) the alterations to the site boundary dwelling position on the site and all associated site works
