EXTENSION OF DURATION of 15/37 to construct a two storey detached dwelling, detached double garage, new vehicular entrance onto existing laneway, driveway, proprietary waste water treatment system with polishing filter and all associated site works

To erect fully serviced bungalow dwelling, entrance, sewerage treatment facilities and all ancillary works

To (1) carry out alterations to the existing dwelling to provide an extension to the front and rear of the dwelling at ground floor level, and to provide an extension to the side of the dwelling at first floor level with associated alterations to existing floor plans and elevations, (2) demolition of the existing conservatory, covered patio to the front of the house, and of existing roof structures where the proposed first floor extension is to be constructed, connection to existing services, and all associated site works

To carry out alterations to previously approved planning register number 17/345 as follows 1) Alter floor plans and elevations of previously approved dwelling, 2) Retain and complete alterations to previously approved detached domestic garage and 3) Form entrance, install sewerage treatment unit and percolation area and all associated works

For the erection of a dormer style extension to front of existing dwelling, alterations to plans and elevations of existing dwelling, alterations to site boundaries, sewerage treatment facilities and all associated and ancillary works
