Minor modifications to previously granted planning permission (P.R.R. 18/483) for a two storey detached dwelling house. The modifications consist of increasing the house footprint by 9sqm and alterations to window opes

To construct a part single storey, part two storey detached dwelling house, up grade existing entrance & gateway, waste water treatment plant and all associated site works

New dwelling with detached garage, private well, waste water treatment system with percolation area, new entrance and all associated site works
