For the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing two storey dwelling, construct an open ended carport to the southwest of the dwelling and convert the existing attic area into a storage space and all associated site works

(a) alter the roof design of proposed extension to rear of dwelling house previously approved under Planning Reg No 18/355 (b) form two-storey extension over existing single storey living area to north elevation, (c) together with all associated site works

To retain existing domestic garage and ancillary works

Is sought for (a) alteration of the existing elevations, (b) additional front, side and rear extension to form sunroom and living area, (c) a new outdoor patio area at the front area, together with all associated site works

Partially demolish existing derelict cottage and partial demolition of adjoining outbuilding to extend and remodel existing derelict cottage to form a fully serviced split level dormer style dwelling with septic tank and percolation area, landscaping and all associated works
