Erect timber clad 1st floor extension,refurbish existing first floor,repair/restore roof & walls,including walls to boat slipway & pier. 7 Install foul water storage tank with pump & rising main & lay services underground along existing pathway between boathouses and lodge building. 8 Carry out pointing work with lime mortar to walls on either side of main entrance gates to the estate. 9 Restore & extend existing gate lodge at main entrance gates to form a two bedroom dwelling, ie. single storey on the southern side. 10 Restore & convert existing building in north western corner of walled garden to form 2 separate apartments for accommodation for gardening staff.Works will include alterations to the fenestration arrangement on the east facing elevation & connections to existing services. 11 Construct portal frame, steel clad building for the storage of machinery between Bective Court & polytunnels to the north west of lodge building
