At first floor; 2 bedrooms, dressing room, ensuite, shower room and upgrade existing septic tank & percolation area with new treatment system and percolation area, with proposed connection of existing stables facility (planning ref 17183) to new treatment system and all associated site works

Erect new dwelling house, domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls, piers with sewerage treatment system and percolation area. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted.

For development consisting of 3 bedroom bungalow dwelling (143.9), private well, new entrance & BAF sewage treatment system with percolation area & hedge to be removed as to accommodate the required sightlines and with all ancillary site works

For the construction of 2 storey extension to the rear of the existing cottage, with refurbishment works to the existing cottage and internal alterations, change of external finish from render to stone, and all ancillary site work

To carry out alterations to existing dormer dwelling to include the following:- (1) new front porch to front elevation, (2) alter and extend existing side conservatory, (3) erect single storey extension to rear and (4) alterations to elevations
