The proposed development comprises internal works to provide a new bar and restaurant area and partial demolition of the northern facade to accommodate the provision of an outdoor seating area with ancillary awning, new and replacement signage, elevational/fenestration changes, rooftop plant and all other ancillary site development works

To RETAIN the demolition of derelict outbuildings, boundary wall and site access and the construction and completion of new boundary wall and site access

To RETAIN the construction of a private dwelling house as opposed to 2 No. apartments permitted under P15-857 together with all ancillary site development works and services

For development which will consist of a single storey rear extension, refurbishment of the existing dwelling including external window rooflight additions and associated site works

To change of use of derelict retail unit to residential. Re-building the ground floor lean to at the rear and extending it up to first floor, converting loft and adding a roof light and all associated site and ancillary works
