This application relates to a development which is for the purposes of an activity requiring a Licence under Part IV of the Environmental Protection Agency (Licensing) Regulations 1994 to 2013

To erect single storey extension(s) to rear of existing dwelling with attached domestic garage, new sewerage treatment and peroclation area and demolish derelict outshedsand all associated works

Retain change of use of existing domestic accommodation to commercial use with all associated and ancillary works

Of as constructed minor alterations to dwelling house under construction (previous approval granted under 04/335); and PERMISSION to complete unfinished dwelling house and associated site development works including installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area

To construct a four-bay shed which will consist of loose cattle pens, slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath, also construct a roofed dungstead and all associated site works
