To retain the as built position of the dwelling house, domestic garage and septic tank& percolation area and PLANNING PERMISSION to construct a single storey extension to the side of existing dwelling house, upgrade existing septic tank to sewerage treatment unit & percolation area, alterations to site boundaries and all ancillary site works from that previously granted under planning ref no. 85/15833

Erect fully serviced two-storey dwelling, attached domestic garage, entrance walls and piers, install sewerage treatment facilities and all ancillary site works, significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

To carry out the following alterations to existing dwelling house: 1) Demolish single storey extension to rear of existing dwelling house, 2) Construct new two-storey extension to side and rear of existing dwelling house, to include garage and carport area to rear and 3) Upgrade existing septic tank to new mechanical wastewater treatment system and percolation area

For a dormer style dwelling, domestic garage, waste water treatment system and percolation area, new entrance walls and piers and all ancillary site development works

To erect 2.4m high perimeter fencing around training pitch site boundary and all ancillary site works

To erect 6 no. 12m high columns with cowled flood lights, 18 no. 6m walk way lights, 2 no. 13m high ball stops and 2.4 m high perimeter fencing around training pitch and all ancillary site works
