Visual enhancement of the external facade to include external glazing, roof cladding and wall fenestrations; 2. Relocation of retail entrance from the southern to the eastern elevation 3. Revised internal configuration including location of toilet and office accommodation; and 4. Provision of external signage on the retail facade

For change of use of existing commercial unit building to a new use as a place of public worship/religious instruction together with all associated incidental works

For the erection of new stand-alone Clare Technology Park Totem Signage Unit with all associated site works
