To demolish 1 No. existing poultry house and ancillary structures and to construct 1 No. replacement poultry house together with all ancillary structures (to include meal bin(s) and soiled water tank(s)) and all associated site works arising from the above proposed development at Inishmore, Butlersbridge, Co. Cavan. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority in connection with the application. Significant further information including revised/updated Natura Impact Statement have been submitted

For the demolition of existing front porch and erection of a fully serviced single storey extension to the front of existing bungalow dwelling, alterations to existing floorplan and elevations and all ancillary site works

For alterations made to existing house extension (Previous planning reference no. 15/494) as follows: increase in floor area of extension, conversion of attic to habitable accommodation, incorporation of dormer and velux roof windows and for all associated works

To demolish existing farm buildings and replace them with a five bay shed which will consist of a milking parlour, dairy and motor room. Also to construct an unroofed slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath and all associated site works
