(B) changes to elevations to include (i) change of front facade from stone to smooth plaster finish.(ii) brick open porch. (iii) removal of arch over front door. (iv) changes to windows (v) Addition of 3 no rooflight to rear rooflights. (C) (i) location of treatment system & percolation area. (D) entrance location (E) site boundaries and (F) boat store.
