To erect a fully serviced part two storey, part storey and a half dwelling, entrance, boundary walls and piers, waste water treatment facilities, detached domestic garage and all ancillary works

Demolish existing derelict structures and construct a part two-storey, part storey and a half dwelling, entrance, boundary walls and piers, waste water treatment facilities and percolation area and all ancillary site works. Significant further information and revised plans indicating adjustments to the entrance location have been submitted

To erect storey and a half type dwelling, detached domestic garage, sewerage treatment unit, entrance and all ancillary works. Significant further information including a Natura Impact Statement have been submitted.

For retention permission for (1) Retention of detached domestic garage (2) Retention of single storey extension to side of existing dwelling and (3) alterations to site layout and all ancillary works

For external works to include relocation of boundary wall, pedestrian footpath, lighting, extended play areas, parking facilities (previous permission granted under Pl. Reg. 14-93) and all ancillary site works
