To carry out works to a protected structure as listed int the Cavan County Development Plan incorporating a local area plan for Cavan Town 2022-2028, Ref: CV0698. To include conservation works to the fabric of the existing dwelling including walls, roof and windows, thermal upgrade of building envelope, upgrade of mechanical and electrical installations, demolition of non-original extension to the rear, demolition of attached agricultural structure to the side, construction of a single storey extension to the side and rear of the property, realignment of the boundary treatment to the front of the property, upgrade of existing waste treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works

For the construction of a single storey extension to the rear of the existing single storey dwelling, realignment of the boundary treatment to the front of the property, upgrade of existing waste treatment system and percolation area and all associated site works

To (a) retain existing underground slatted slurry holding tank, PERMISSION to (b) to construct a new five bay cattle shed over existing slatted tank, (c) also construct a four bay shed which will consist of a milking parlour, dairy and motor room and all associated site works

To demolish a derelict out-building and construct a domestic garage with associated site services and development works

For development consisting of: erection of a part two storey and part single storey extension to the side and rear of existing two storey dwelling along with an attached carport, alterations to existing floorplans & elevations, decommission existing septic tank & install new wastewater treatment system & percolation area and all ancillary site works
