The development will consist of: Ten year permission for (i) the erection of a single wind turbine with a maximum height of up to 169 metres and all associated site development, access and reinstatement works including turbine foundation, hardstanding area, site access tracks, 1 no. temporary site entrance and underground electrical cabling at Kilquilly and Cloggagh, Ballyjamesduff; and (ii) temporary upgrade works at the R935/L6503 junction at Moynehall (Cavan) and along the L2502 at Moher (Denn ED). Significant further information and revised plans have been received.

For the formation of a new GAA pitch on lands currently used for agricultural purposes. The development will include for regrading of the lands, perimeter fencing, lighting, forming a biodiversity walking trail, drainage works, provision of carparking, erection of goal posts, erection of ball stop netting, creation of new site boundaries and all associated ancillary works

To erect extension to existing housing development 03/538 known as 'Elm Drive', comprising of (21 dwellings) made up of 5 no. 4 bedroom detached dwellings and 16 no. 3-bed semi-detached dwellings, connection to existing services and all ancillary works. PERMISSION also sought to install temporary on-site wastewater treatment unit on site prior to discharge to existing foul sewer & all associated works.
