For changes to previously approved planning application ref. 18/234 comprising of change of house type from 3 bed semi detached houses to 4 bed semi detached houses on sites 9, 10, 11 and 12 and all associated site works

To construct 36 no. houses as follows, 8 no. 2 bed two-storey semi-detached dwellings and 28 no. 3 bed two storey semi-detached dwellings, 4 pairs of 'Type A' & 14 pairs of 'Type B', to form part of the "Gallops" housing development, connect to all onsite public services together with all associated site works. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

For alterations to the front elevations of all house types, to include the following: change to canopy of the 2 & 3 bed houses; change to the extent of brick to the front elevation of the 4 bed houses. (previous planning ref 18/234 & 18/559), together with associated works at the Final Phases (2 & 3)of The Gallops

Retain steel framed and cladded building for farm and equestrian use and associated works

Is sought to erect 15 no. dwellings(1 no. 3 bedroom detached dwelling, 6 no. 3 bedroom semi detached dwellings and 8 no. 2 bedroom terraced dwellings), access via existing service road, connect to public foul and storm water sewers, public watermains and all ancillary site works
