For the demolition of existing industrial/ commercial building at Bays 40 and 41 along with the partial demolition of Bay 39 at the Ei Electronics Campus, Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co Clare and all associated site clearance works along with all other associated site works to all for the future development of the site

For the development of an extension to the existing light-industrial manufacturing facility, consisting of a single storey of high bay warehousing with ancillary office, manufacturing, and R&D areas over 3 storeys resulting in a combined 5100m² of new floor area, with screened roof level plant. The development will include the provision of 3 no. ramped loading bays, 3 no. at grade loading doors and associated construction and upgrade of ancillary yard/marshalling areas, as well as the inclusion of a fire suppression storage tank and associated pump house, building signage, upgraded campus entrance signage and all ancillary landscaping, site works and services. The building is to replace the existing structures on site, the demolition of which was permitted under Pl.Ref no: 23/552.

For development which consists of the demolition of an existing service yard and ancillary carparking area to facilitate the construction of a two-storey extension to the existing light-industrial manufacturing facility. Works also include ancillary office and R & D areas with a new entrance foyer constructed over 3no. levels resulting in additional gross floor area of 9844m2. Other works include the reconfiguration and extension of an existing car park to the south of the proposed building to provide 75 no. additional spaces ad the construction of a new car park to provide 44 no. spaces including accessible spaces and set down area. The provision of 2 no. loading bays to the rear of the proposed extension, upgraded vehicular and delivery/service yards, entrances, secure bicycle parking spaces, external open-sided storage enclosure, plant and services compound, signage to the proposed extension and wayfinding signage to the campus, rainwater harvesting tanks, plant and photovoltaic units to the roof level with all ancillary landscaping and associated site works and services. The development will also include the partial re-roofing of the existing facility to the northern corner of the campus

For extension to Centre of Excellence Building at EI Campus, Shannon Industrial Estate, Shannon, Co Clare. The development consists of the demolition of an existing services yard and enclosing walls to facilitate the construction of a two-storey Gym facility connected to the existing building. Including external services area and all associated site works

For development consisting of the alterations of approved signage with the relocation of 2 of the 3 signs to Building 3 indicated in the original planning application. The proposed signs are to be illuminated and are 8m x 1.6m (L x H) and feature the company logo, name and are of the same size as the signs indicated in the original planning application ref: P18912
