For development at ground floor Unit A1 and A2 Sky Court Shopping Centre, Shannon, Co. Clare for a change of use from retail to restaurant with sit down dining area, ancillary take away facility, signage and all associated works above and below ground

For development which will consist of: 1) modifications to existing ground floor, first floor and second floor layout arrangements to provide for change of use of the existing "food court" area to provide for a new 6-screen cinema, part of which area was the subject of previously approved application for a change of use to cinema, planning ref. P18-215, and 2) all ancillary site development works

For development which will consist of the Installation of a Water Tank to supply sprinkler system on roof to existing plant area, and all associated site works

For modifications to, and change of use within, the existing Skycourt Shopping Centre. The proposed development shall include: (1) modifications to existing internal ground floor, first floor and second floor layout arrangements to provide for change of use of the existing 'food court' area to provide for a new 4 screen cinema, and (2) all ancillary site development works

To amalgamate existing retail Units A13 A14 and A15 for retail use and all associated works above and below ground.
