For a proposed housing development comprising the following: (A) 10 no. 3 bed two-storey dwellings in 2 no. blocks of 4 & 6 with semi-enclosed courtyard, (B) New entrance to proposed courtyard, carparking, landscaping, connection to existing services and associated site development works, and (C) Demolition of existing single storey out-buildings, alterations to existing entrance, new single storey store and roofed yard to adjoining commercial premises.
