To build a new domestic car shed

For alterations to existing front façade windows, covering in of existing porch, extension to existing sunroom and covered patio area, new double garage and hobby/gym room to rear, new dormer to rear roof area and new walls and railings to existing entrance and associated ground works

For the construction of a detached two storey dwelling, domestic garage, new entrance onto public roadway, waste water treatment system, percolation area, landscaping and all associated site works

To construct a six bay shed which will consist of cubicles, slatted area with slurry holding tank underneath and also construct a silage pit with 2.4m high retaining walls and all associated site works

To (a) RETAIN two storey extension to rear, (b) demolish part two storey/part single storey extension also to rear, (c) construct a new two storey extension to the side, (d) install proprietary sewage treatment unit and percolation area, (e) form new vehicular entrance and driveway and (f) together with all associated site works

For development which consists of constructing a one and a half storied type dwelling house and a detached domestic garage, installing a proprietary waste water treatment unit and percolation area and to make a new entrance onto the road along with all ancillary site works
