The proposed development comprises or is for the purpose of an activity for which an Integrated Pollution Prevention Control Licence is required. The planning application is to be accompanied by an Environmental Impact Statement and that the EIS will be available for inspection or purchase at a fee not exceeding the reasonable cost of making a copy during office hours at the offices of Cavan County Council. Significant further information and revised plans have been submitted

Of private detached domestic store/garage for the storage of: (a) Motorhome, vintage tractor and vintage machinery, (b) area for family's antique furniture, (c) the storage of lawnmower, oil tank and solid fuel, (d) ancillary site works. The building is strictly for private use and is not accessed by the public
