To retain alterations to previously approved dwelling pl. ref 00/13 and will include alterations to plans & elevations & all associated works

To construct a new two-storey dwelling house, form new vehicular site entrance onto public roadway, installation of approved proprietary wastewater treatment system & percolation area, together with all associated site development works- SIGNIFICANT FURTHER INFORMATION HAS BEEN RECEIVED

For the (1) construction of a single storey family flat extension to rear and side of existing dwelling to incorporate kitchen, living, bedroom and sanitary accommodation, (2) carrying out amendments and alterations to existing elevations and floor plan layout (3) de-commissioning of existing septic tank and percolation area, (4) Installation of proprietary wastewater treatment unit and percolation area and (5) completion of all ancillary site works and associated site structures together with retention of single storey detached domestic garage to rear of site

Alterations to existing farmyard and farmstead comprising of the following; (1) demolish old cubicle house and construct replacement livestock building with underground slurry holding tank, (2) demolish old livestock and storage buildings and construct replacement livestock building, (3) construct new storage shed, (4) upgrade and relocate existing septic tank to new wastewater treatment unit and polishing filter

To erect new dwelling house, domestic garage, entrance, boundary walls, piers with sewerage treatment system & percolation area

To retain position and alterations to plan & elevations of existing domestic garage from that granted under previous planning ref. no. 08/220 and all ancillary site works
