Amendment to previously permitted development Fingal County Council Reg. Ref F20A/0023 (An Bord Pleanala ABP-309158-21) on a site area of 1.4 hectares (increased from 0.91 hectares in permitted development to accommodate additional buildings). The proposed development will consist of construction of additional Building 'D', a single storey 6.85 metre high, 1.220 sq.m motor vehicle service and sales facility; Construction of additional Building 'E', a single storey 5.1 metre high, 160 sq.m wash and valet building; Provision of additional (47 no.) parking spaces, hard and soft landscaping, drainage and boundary treatments, attached and free standing signage; relocation of permitted Building 'C' (a single storey 55 sq.m ancillary building providing ESB substation, bin storage and security) and main vehicle and pedestrian site entrance, all on the south boundary.
