The construction of an emergency vehicle underpass tunnel beneath the permitted track extension (KCC Reg. Ref. 19523 and An Bord Pleanála Ref. The proposed development is located in the townlands of Bawnoge and Punchestown Little, Naas, Co. Kildare.
