The rising main sewer will cross under the M18 motorway by directional drilling and thereafter underground via existing road margins/public road and under River Fergus and railway line through the townlands of Kilbreckan, Killow, Skehanagh, Clareabbey and Ballybeg. The inert soil from the directional drilling will be used in landscaping works on the site of the service station building. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the Planning Authority with the application
To Extend the Appropriate Period of P15-581 for development which will consist of the construction of a dwelling house, garage, ancillary site works and connection to public services
