We, KAVCO C TOWN PROJECT LIMITED, intend to apply for planning permission for the proposed development at the site, Cookstown House, Cookstown Way, Tallaght, Dublin 24. The proposed development consists of the following: modifications of the previously approved application SDCC Reg. Ref. SD23A/0237. The proposed modifications include a revised Ground-floor layout to convert the previous commercial unit, the adjacent refuse store and part of the previous communal amenity space into an additional 6 no. residential units as follows; 1 no. studio unit, 3 no. one-bedroom units and 2 no. two-bedroom units.
