The development will consist of the demolition of existing boundary walls, demolition of existing single storey six classroom school building of 685sq.m demolition of existing open shed of 25sq.m and demolition of prefabricated classroom building of 207 sq.m. The building will be set back 63.285m from the Knockanean Road
The development will consist of: 1) The installation of an external heat pump, to the rear of the proposed new school building (Planning Ref: P19/961) 2) The construction of a 2.6 m high acoustically insulated compound enclosure, of approx 45m2. 3) All associated site works
