Permission for a strategic housing development consisting of (a) the demolition of ‘Charleville’ (now vacant, but previously used by a charitable organisation and not in residential use); the ‘Coach House’ (vacant); all associated ancillary buildings (total approx. 1,327.1 sq m GFA); and the front site boundary wall; and (b) the construction of a new residential scheme of 105 apartment units in 2 no. blocks (4 storeys over basement plus 5th storey setback) as follows: Block A comprises 53 no. apartments (28 no. 1 bed units, 24 no. 2 bed units and 1 no. 3 bed unit) Block B comprises 52 no. apartments (21. 1 bed units, 30 no. 2 bed units and 1 no. 3 bed unit) A single storey residential amenity building (approx. 195 sqm) will be provided between the two blocks.
