The development will consist of a free standing single storey ESB Sub-Station and MV/LV switch rooms ( approx. 56 sq m ) to the side boundary of the site, (western side) and all associated site works.
The development will consist of the demolition of the existing ground floor rear extension and the construction of a new ground floor rear extension and all ancillary works.
