The proposed development comprises of the construction of 5 no. five storey office buildings (Block A-E), with a total floor area of 46,559 sq.m organized around a landscaped public park and pedestrian plazas. All blocks will have set back upper floors and will contain landscaped terrace areas on upper floors. Block E will contain a ground floor cafe space of 645 sq.m. Blocks A, B and E will contain sub-stations. An identification totem sign is also proposed.
