The proposed development shall consist of: Construction of a new three storey detached dwelling house, with single storey elements to side and rear and dormer element and rooflight to the front elevation. Proposed dwelling to be in the side garden of the existing dwelling (No. 34). Creation of a new vehicular entrance 3.5M in width.
