The application site is located to the east of Clay Farm House, a protected structure under RPS Ref.: 2119, and to the west of the Clay Farm Phase 2 residential development (currently under construction). Permission is sought by Kilgobbin Apartment Limited, for a Large-Scale Residential Development. The proposed Large-Scale Residential Development (LRD) will provide 120 no. apartment units within 2 no. blocks ranging in height from 4- to 6-storeys.
