The proposals comprise alterations, extensions and refurbishment of the existing single family dwelling. Proposals include raising the ground floor perimeter walls by 1.7 M and raising the roof and roof ridge of the house to a matching extent. A new floor is proposed over the existing void over a reception room, allowing the formation of additional bedrooms and enlarging the other existing first floor bedrooms.
