The development will consist of the demolition of some internal walls, part of the existing roof and the sun room to the rear. We intend to erect a single storey extension to the rear of the property, convert the attic and add a dormer to the rear roof.

The development will consist of: The change of use of the existing garage from its existing use as a garage/storage space to proposed use as a living room; the removal of the existing garage door and provision of a new window with brick infill to the former garage door opening, all finishes to match the existing dwelling; an increase in height of the existing garage parapet by 400mm; increase in width of existing vehicular entrance to 3.5m; hard and soft landscaping and all associated site development works above and below ground.
