New 5.0m. wide vehicular access and 1.2m. wide vehicular access and 1.2 m. wide pedestrian access are to be provided onto Clifton Park, with gates 2.0 meters high, all on a site area of 3,380 sqm. The suite works include landscaping, screening, with common open space of 1,385.25 sq.m. along with new Sewage and Surface water drainage and an area of 7 sq.m. for siting 2m. high heat pumps at North boundary, new water connection to be connected to existing services at Clifton Park. New 2m. high wall to be provided along the South boundary and 2m high wall to be re-instated to East boundary of the site. All enabling and site development works, landscaping, boundary treatment, lighting, services and connections, waste management and all other ancillary works. B) Demolition of the existing two storey dwelling house 'Conna' with a floor area if 432.00 sq.m, and a height of 8.46 meters, along with demolition of single storey corrugated metal roofed sheds at North Western boundary, retaining existing access, as a pedestrian access onto Shanganagh Road, which boundary and curtilage partially meets the attendant grounds of Abingdon House, a protected structure.

Alterations to the previously approved development permitted under Reg. Ref. D22A/0228, which provided for the demolition of the existing partially built 1,019 sq.m, two-storey, part over basement and construction of a replacement 759.6 sq.m two-storey dwelling. The proposed development comprises (i) a change of house type to provide a 555 sq.m part single, part two-storey four-bedroom contemporary style dwelling including a first-floor level terrace (Main Terrace (kitchen/ sitting room) 133 sq.m + Office Terrace 7 sq.m = 140 sq.m); (ii) relocation of the previously approved garden building structure 1.649m to the north away from the southwestern site boundary. The subject development will utilise the reconfigured existing vehicular entrance as granted under Reg. Ref. D22A/0228. The development also includes all landscaping, drainage and all associated ancillary works necessary to facilitate the development. All apartments will be provided with associated private balconies/terraces facing north/ south/ east/ west. The development will include a pavilion, open spaces, tree houses, meeting rooms and flexible work space, BBQ facilities, resident’s gym, and residential amenities areas. The development will include for a total of 120 no. car parking spaces including accessible spaces at undercroft and surface level,372 no. bicycle parking spaces and 6 no. motocycle spaces. Vehicular connection will be via Clifton Park. Additional pedestrian/cyclist accesses to the south (leading to Shankill Dart station to the south) is also proposed. The development also includes for all associated site development works and services provisions including bin storage areas, substations/switch rooms, plant rooms, boundary treatments and landscaping. The application contains a statement setting out how the proposal will be consistent with the objectives of the relevant Dun Laoghaire Rathdown County Development Plan 2016-2022. The application contains a statement indicating why permission should be granted for the proposed development, having regard to a consideration specified in section 37(2)(b) of the Planning and Development Act, 2000, as amended, notwithstanding that the proposed development materially contravenes a relevant development plan or local area plan other than in relation to the zoning of the land. Permission is sought for changes to both shopfronts to the existing credit union unit comprised of: 1) Removal of existing doors and creation of new single wheelchair accessible entrance door with repairs to existing plinth, as well as all associated and ancillary site works and ground works to facilitate this. 2) Replacement of existing shopfront glazing with new double glazed aluminium shopfronts. 3) Removal of existing external roller shutters and associated fascia boxes and installation of new perforated, powder coated roller shutter inside the unit behind glazing. 4) New signage with painted fascia boards and individually fixed stainless steel lettering and logo back illuminated with LED Halo lighting.

The development will consist of amendments to the permitted Strategic Housing Development (SHD) planning permission (Ref. ABP-308418-20). The amendments will be to permitted Blocks B, C and D to provide 5 no. additional apartments resulting in a total of 198 no. apartments across the entire development. Development at Loughlinstown Drive, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin comprising Loughlinstown Industrial Estate and part of HSE Heath Centre site all at Loughlinstown Drive, Loughlinstown, Co. Dublin The proposed development will consist of: Revisions to previously permitted development - Reg Ref: D19A/0797 (ABP Ref: 307994-20) for a Primary Care Centre and General Practitioner (GP) Surgery and pharmacy unit to include the following: (1) Internal Reconfiguration of floor plan layouts at ground, first, second and third floor levels to accommodate HSE operational requirements (gross floor area of the building decreases slightly from 4307sqm to 4269sqm due to construction build-up of external walls). (2) Changes to external elevations comprising revisions to window and door placement, positioning and sizing to respond to the new internal layout on all elevations; change in external materials from brick to render on part of east, south and west elevations; changes to the elevations to the internal courtyard to include 2no. additional plant area access doors at stair core no.1 on south facing internal courtyard elevation, an additional window and an additional door on the east facing internal courtyard elevation; minor revisions to roof plant including relocation of some roof plant to new plant compound at ground level.
