The development will consist of: the construction of two additional floors at levels 4 and 5 (3rd and 4th floors) to an existing three storey over part basement office development to provide a 'live-work unit' (living space and office studio) comprising an apartment (110 sqm at third floor) with ancillary office/studio workspace above (78sqm at fourth floor), respectively, with external private terrace at the third and fourth floor levels and external access stairs, addition of internal stairs and services to accomodate the new unit and provision of all associated drainage and service development requirements, including an additional office window to the south elevation at 2nd floor and all other general alterations and associated works. The upgrade of an existing 6.33m x 3.57m trivision advertising display to a 6m x 2.88m digital advertising display on the northeastern elevation of Donnybrook Bus Depot, at the corner of Stillorgan Road and Beaver Row, Donnybrook, Dublin 4. In the event of planning permission being granted, 1 no. existing 6.33m x 3.57m trivision advertising display, which is adjacent to the proposed upgrade display, will be decommissioned.
The development will consist of a material change from the granted planning permission reference WEB1282/21 where the proposed pitched roof to the porch at the front of the property will now be a flat roof. Also the proposed Pitched roof with 4 no velux windows at roof level to attic space to the rear will be omitted and the two storey rear extension will be stepped down to a flat roof.
The development will consist of the construction of a new porch with pitched, hipped roof to the front of the property, and to the rear of the property, a double and single storey extension, comprising of a pitched roof to tie into existing roof with 4 no velux windows at roof level to attic space and a flat roof with a roof light in the continued ground floor extension and associated works.

PROTECTED STRUCTURE: The proposed development includes the following, the re-slating of the roof, (removal and reinstatement of existing slates), repair of the eaves, repair of roof timbers where necessary, repair and/or replacement of rainwater goods, ancillary works and sundry conservation repairs and renewals not impacting the special interest of the Protected Structure.
Change of use of part of the ground floor from Offices to Medical Treatment/Consulting. Works will include internal workout works only.

The development will principally consist of the demolition of 83.7 sq m of the 'red brick link building' (single storey over basement) which forms part of the Jesuit Community Buildings and the construction of a new 2.4 metre high boundary wall across the site from east to west.
