The proposed Build to Rent residential development will consist of the following: • Demolition of the existing building (comprising the residential dwelling known as 'Dunelm') and structures on site; • Construction of a Build-to-Rent (BTR) residential development, comprising 63 no. BTR apartments with a mix of 5 no. studio units, 27 no. 1 bed units, 30 no. 2 bed units and 1 no. 3 bed unit in two no. blocks (Block A and Block B), including resident support and amenity facilities; • Block A, to the south of the site, comprises 55 no.
