A 10 year permission is sought for development on a site of 2.13ha bounded to the north by Sandyford Office Park; to the east by Blackthorn Avenue; to the south by Sandyford Park and the Leopardstown Office Park; and to the west by Sandyford Business Centre. The proposed development comprises of the construction of 5 no. five storey office buildings (Block A-E), with a total floor area of 46,559 sq.m organized around a landscaped public park and pedestrian plazas. All blocks will have set back upper floors and will contain landscaped terrace areas on upper floors. Block E will contain a ground floor cafe space of 645 sq.m.
