The application contains a statement setting out how the proposal will be consistent with the objectives of the Dun Laoghaire County Development Plan 2016-2022.

Planning Permission sought for the following works at “Santessa”, Old Bray Road, Cabinteely, Dublin 18, D18 X4H6, an existing detached five-bedroom dormer bungalow style single dwelling; (i) the reconfiguration of the existing site entrance to widen & relocate the vehicular entrance gate and to form a new separate pedestrian entrance gate, both opening from the Old Bray Road. Both new site entrances, vehicular & pedestrian, to be provided with new timber gates.
