The associated site and infrastructural works include provision for water services; foul and surface water drainage and connections; attenuation proposals; all landscaping works; new lighting proposals; green roofs; boundary treatment; and electrical plant areas at basement, ground, first floor and roof level. The site is located within the Dalkey Architectural Conservation Area and contains Tram Lines (Protected Structure RPS No. 1463) and Gates and Entrance Piers (Protected Structure RPS No. 1471).

Retention and completion of the further extension of the existing ground floor terrace by 1.0m to rear/north east elevation with new glazed balustrade and structural supports. An extension of 1.2m was permitted under Reg Ref D22A/0313. All associated drainage, structural support and site works.
