The development will consist of the construction of two 3-storey houses (two full storeys plus a dormer roof storey), with four bedrooms plus study along with associated landscaping, parking, boundary works and services. Access is provided via the avenue between No.43 & No.44 Silchester Road that was permitted under DLR Reg. Ref. D23A/0531/ACP Ref: ABP-318348-23 and is currently under construction.

2 Units

The proposed development consists of alterations and extension to The Eagle as follows: • Replacement of the external terrace to the south of The Eagle, with a single storey extension building, with a maximum height of c. 5 metres, to provide an additional c. 69 sq.m of internal dining/seating space associated with the public house and c. 19 sq.m semi-enclosed terrace; • The development includes alterations to southern and western elevations to accommodate the proposed extension; • Upgrades to the existing laneway to the car park to the rear of The Eagle; • All associated development work.

The proposed works comprise alterations and extension to The Eagle, in addition to the development previously permitted under Reg. Ref.: D25A/0086/WEB, consisting of the following: •Replacement of the existing external roof-level area on the south side of The Eagle with a single-storey extension, with a maximum height of approximately 3.265 metres, to accommodate an office area of c. 21 sq.m at first floor level, together with associated outdoor area for circulation and access of c. 10.4 sq.m; •Alterations to southern and western elevations to facilitate the proposed extension; and •All associated development work.

The proposed development consists of alterations to the existing north and west elevations at ground floor level of the building comprising the removal of the existing windows and part of the wall and the installation of new doorways onto Glasthule Road and Adelaide Road, including all associated development.

Removal of portion of existing railings (and plinth) to create a 3.5m wide opening providing vehicular access and landscaped, offstreet parking in front garden area.

1) Demolition of existing garage and store to side and single storey lean-to element to rear of house, 2) Construction of new single storey lean-to extension to side of house, 3) Retention of velux rooflight to front of house, and 4) All associated site works.

Changes & alterations to existing permitted development planning reference no. The development will principally consist of: Modifications to the permitted development for 4 new houses, Register Reference number D23A/0531, ABP - 318348-23. The modifications include minor changes to the permitted 4 houses consisting of an increase in overall depth of the houses by 400mm, modifications to the internal layouts including the addition of a bathroom and study within the attic dormer level, along with modifications to the garden design, landscaping, and associated services.
