Upgrading, repair and replacement of existing boundaries throughout including boundaries with neighbouring properties with rendered block walls, natural stone walls and metal fencing. 7. Site soft landscaping works throughout including demolition and removal of existing hedgerows, raising and lowering of ground, site soft landscaping including hedges, shrubbery and trees. 8. And all associated site works including site services, site lighting, subsurface attenuation tank and site hard landscaping. The total site area is 3.41 Acres. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the local authority with the Planning Application

In accordance with the Habitats Directive, Appropriate Assessment Screening has been carried out on the project, and the screening report accompanies the application. In accordance with Articles 81 and 120 of the Planning & Development Regulations 2001, as amended, Clare County Council has concluded front an EIA screening determination that no significant effects on the environment are likely as a result of the proposed development and that and Environmental Impact Assessment is not required

For the change of use of Unit No. 5 at Dun Bhreandain, St Brendan's Road from a Holiday Home to a Permanent Residential dwelling Unit

To carry out the following development at Monastery Lane, Ennistymon, Co Clare. Demolition of dangerous/derelict structures, site clearance and provision of public car park. The proposed development will include: 1) Demolition of existing dangerous/derelict structures. 2) Site Clearance and provision of public car park. 3) Installation of new public light columns. 4) Provision of electric vehicle charging points. 5) All ancillary site works. An Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) screening determination has been made and concludes that there is no real likelihood of significant effects on the environment arising from the proposed development. These works area located within the Ennistymon Architectural Conservation Area (ACA) and would materially affect the character of the ACA.

Of a single storey extension constructed to the side of existing dwelling house, and of a detached garage constructed to rear of the dwelling, all with associated site works
